House Rules

All rooms are good for Two (2) adult with free breakfast and complimentary coffee or tea inside. In excess of the allowed number of person inside the room shall be charged as Extra Head.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.

You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule:

Cancellation more than 3 days before check-in: Non-Refundable Fee.

Cancellation within 3 days before Check in:The value of 1st Night's Stay.

No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking

*In case of Group Bookings or events:

- Cancellation should be made Fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled event or function. Late notification shall be charged fifty (50%) percent of the total price.

- In case of postponement, the hotel must be notified in writing not later than Seven (7) days before the function otherwise the hotel reserves the right to charge the full package cost for late postponement, invalid cancellation or no show.

Children

Children under 12 years of age is free of charge when using existing beds.
Extra person is charged 400 without extra bed.
Extra person is charged 1000 with extra bed.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
